Fall 2020

Kids & Teen Art Classes

2nd - 5th Grade and 6th - 12th Grade

Painting & Drawing | Clay Sculpting & Pottery Wheel Throwing

Session 1:  August - September

Session 2:  October - November

For Fall 2020, Art Box is offering art classes for 2nd - 5th graders and 6th -12th graders.  There will be two sessions comprised of 6 classes each.  The first session will run Aug -Sept, and the second session will run Oct - Nov.

During the week, we are offering two types of classes:  1.) Painting & Drawing and 2.) Clay Sculpting & Pottery Wheel Throwing.  Thus, your student could take Painting & Drawing on Tuesday and Clay Sculpting & Pottery Wheel Throwing on Thursday during the first session.

And catch this cool scheduling hack!! If your student is only available on Tuesdays, then in the first session we are offering Painting & Drawing on Tuesdays and in the second session we are offering Clay Sculpting & Pottery Wheel Throwing on Tuesdays!  Isn't that brilliant!

Oh, and Friday morning sessions are also available!  What?  Yes, its so true and you can thank the mom's who specially requested that!

In order to help keep our artist healthy, we keep our class sizes small so sign up soon!

Also this is out most up-to-date Healthy Artist Policy: Art is an inherently individual activity, but in order to practice greater social distancing we separate into small groups across two classrooms. We offer hand sanitizing stations in each room and give hand washing breaks. We scan each student's temperature, ask health questions and give hand sanitizer at our curbside check-in. Mask are recommended but not required.

Money Talk:  I ask for payment in full to reserve your student's spot in class.  If you need to cancel a session, I'll try first to see if I can transfer you to another session or issue you a store credit.  Our class sizes are small so it's important that you are ready, willing and able when you commit to a seat, but life changes fast these days, so I'll work with you as best I can.
